These terms apply to the Remind Gift iOS application and the remindgift.com website. By using the app or the site, you agree to them.

The service

Remind Gift helps you keep track of occasions for people you choose to save, sends you local reminders, and surfaces gift ideas from third-party merchants. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Purchases from merchants

Gift ideas shown in the app link to products sold by independent merchants. When you buy something, your contract is with that merchant — including pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and refunds. Remind Gift is not the seller and is not responsible for merchant products or services.

Your content

The names, dates, and notes you enter stay on your device and remain yours. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to store information about other people (like a friend's birthday).

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app — including attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with the services it connects to, or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Remind Gift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make reminders reliable, but we can't guarantee a notification will always be delivered, and we aren't liable for missed occasions or for purchases made from third-party merchants. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app (if anything).

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
