Frequently asked questions

My reminders aren't showing up.

Make sure notifications are enabled: open the iPhone Settings app → NotificationsRemind Gift and turn on "Allow Notifications." Reminders are scheduled on your device, so no internet connection is needed for them to fire.

Do birthdays repeat every year automatically?

Yes. Recurring occasions like birthdays and anniversaries roll forward automatically once they pass — set them once and they're handled.

Where is my data stored?

Everything you save lives locally on your device. There's no account and no cloud copy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Gift ideas aren't loading.

Gift recommendations require an internet connection. If you're online and it still fails, pull to refresh or tap "Try Again." If the problem persists, email us — the catalog service may be temporarily unavailable.

How do purchases work?

Tapping "Buy" opens the merchant's own checkout in a secure in-app browser. Your order, payment, shipping, and returns are handled directly by that merchant.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual people or occasions inside the app, or delete the app itself to remove everything. Because data is stored only on your device, nothing remains anywhere else.
